| Are these the highly regarded LL grade electrolytic capacitors? |

I don't know.
The only data I have from a siemens selection guide (1990) is they are an increased reliabilty version suitable for demanding electronic power supplies.
They have a rated life of 110,000 hrs at 40 deg C.
I run 4 in my PA amp which is around 15 years old.

| Too steep for me....$38 USD for electrolytics that are already 15 years old is much too rich for my blood. |

That's my quandry...Brand new 15 year old capacitors.
I know (personally) they are fine and will last to their rated spec.
But they were indeed made 15 years ago. Maybe I'll use 'em ......quandry ...quandry .....
