Halfler DH200 help - Click HERE for Original Thread

I have a question about the DH200 power transformer. I know that some transformers are wired so they can be run on 110 or 220 if this one can be run on 220 I sure would like to know even
if it involves a little rewiring.

Thanks

Bob, I assume you dont have an original manual for the amp. DH200s were sold in the US with 120 60hz transformers with an optional (extra cost upgrade) of a multi tapped multi voltage trans. If you have the multi tap, it will be obvious when looking a the trans. There is a schematic on it w/ the combos of voltages (100,120,200,200,or 240 50/60 hz) A schematic in the manual shows the different wiring options depending on the voltage used. I would have attached it but my scanner is dead. Do you plan on buying a new 220 trans? If so, I can scan the schematic at a friends and post it.

good luck, taylor

Thanks for the help. My transformer doesn't have the diagram on
it.

THanks, bob12345678

Sorry I didn't say. I realy didn't need a 220 v transformer I was
hoping the transformer had a 220v input so I could run it on
110v and get ~ +- 28vdc instead of the ~ +- 56v for a different
amp project.

thanks again bob12345678
