| my arcam alpha7 cd has stopped working, nothing happens when you turn it ,on no lights or anything. ive checked the internal fuse which is ok , there is a blackbox with amethist written on it that is making a strange quite noise but thats it any help much appriecated .i have the chance of an old sony esprit 555 es for 75 quid and am wondering how this would compare in sound terms if the arcam is going to cost to much to fix cheers john:cool: |

| yes theres power going in to the internal fuse, good obvious question though:D |
