Killjoy, I only got mine last Friday, so I'd bet that yours are still propagating towards the west coast momentarily. Odds on that you'll get them on Tuesday.
Kari
At the time when this happend i wasn't aviable. Still i tried to mail and ask where to send my money to and at this date still haven't got a reply. Hi Andrew.

I would like to hear if you have forgot to send me a mail or it has been blocked in a spamfilter or something?

Thanks

Are there any more PCB or kits available?

-Andy

Hi, sorry I haven't been around recently to reply to people, but I should have a bit of free time tomorrow afternoon, so if you are still waiting on your kits, or have any other sort of question regarding what stuff is left (I think it is just the PCB's now, but I'm not sure how many I have left) I should be able to send you all a proper reply then.

Andrew.

Did you get a chance to send out my other 2 boards?
bigparsnip
No, not yet I'm affraid (sorry again), but I will endevour to get them out tomorrow when I send seve's kits back out.

Just a quick question, but is it a good idea to place an insulator pad between the Diodes and the heatsinks?

Thanks

The Heatsinks do not make electrical contact to the PCB so insulators are optional, that said I would not want to accidentally bridge any of them with my fingers. Insulator I say, better safe than sorry.

Hi, coulomb is right here, the mounting ponts for the heatsinks on the PCB are not electricaly connect so in theory it would be quite safe to mount the diodes directly to them without normaly worrying about creating a ashort. However do do this you would have to be absolutely sure that nothing else would ever come into contact with the heat sinks as if they were mounted too close to a piece of casing for example the could short out or place the cassing at some dangerous potential. so, if you aren't sure about it I would go ahead and install the washers (they probably don't need to to be the expensive sort, cheep ones should easily do the job) between them.

Hey Andy, did you know the numerical representation for "I Am who I am" is 007 and comes from Holy Scriptures.

Hi, I have finaly sorted myself out now and gone through everything I have left still from the order if people are still interested in trying to get a hol of anything. I have included a list below of everything and if you want to try and get your hands on it, send me an e-mail and I'll let it go on a first come first served basis (or if you have contacted me before, just remind me, chances are I have lost your e-mail in my ever expanding black hole of an inbox).

Andrew.

Kits (full, including PCB) - 5 (£15.50)
PCB's - 39 (£4.00)
Heatsinks - 14 (£0.50)
richie00boy
Do you have any of the diodes?
bigparsnip
I do have about 20 or so diodes left but these are the things that area limiting the number of kits I can offer, so I won't be selling these seperately unless I can't find any buyers for the kits.

Andrew.
richie00boy
OK, that's fair enough. I'd be after 8 diodes and 8 heatsinks, which would eat into your stock quite considerably.

Can you tell me where the diodes came from? I can't find it from the wiki.
bigparsnip
It depends on which ones you go for, but the two cheepest places I found were to order the BYW99W200's from digikey (it cost a bit to get them shipped and stuff, but it still works out cheeper than RS or Farnell as I remeber). Or, if you are only after a fairly small number of diodes, you could go to on-semiconductors website and order up to 20 MUR3020WT's for the cost of the postage (about £7.00 I think) last I saw, which would probably be by far and away the best option so long as they are still offering the same sample service.

Andrew.

bigparsnip I have sent you an e-mail.

I am still waiting for my two kits. If you are not going to send them please send the $ back. You have my e-mail. Thanks, Mike.

I have received my boards. They look great.

Thanks.

Hi, I moved house (again) recently, and I found I still have quite a few of these boards and some parts left. So, as I don't have much time to be doing anything with these myself (and it would take up a lot of projects to use them all), I was wondering if there was anyone out there who would still be interested in them?

If you are, just drop me an e-mail and I should be able to sort something out.

Andrew.

Hi Andrew....I sent you a direct email about purchasing some of your kits and PCBs.

I did get them guys, but I still ahven't had a chance this week to count how many of all the parts I ahve left, and I want to know how many I have before I start sending out definate replies. But chances are, I'll just be in the house tonight as I'm not feeling to great, so I should be able to have a look at it then.

Andrew,

Any word on your left overs yet?

Thanks, Robert

OK, anyone who sent me a message should now have a repply from me. If not send me another one as your's may have dissaperaed in my inbox.

I do still have one kit left at the moment, possibly a few more if people change their minds and a couple of boards that I have already built up which I'm not too sure I need at the moment if anyone is interested in them.

Hi Andrew,
I have sent you a couple of direct emails with no response. Are my emails getting thru?

Hopefuly you should have a reply now, Things are getting rather fun at work at the moment (our first product is due to ship in about a month and a half time, and we still need to get it workking properly).

I haven't heard back from most p[eople who initaily expressed an interest though, so there are currently five more kits going (unless I hear back from the others in the next day) if people are interested, as well as the couple of boards that have already been built up.

Andrew.
