I have three fensel lens, an overhead head and some lens from a old video camera. What can I use? I have seen alot of plans to make LCD Projectors. What one is the easyist to make? Please help me! 960x234 is actually 320x234 reolution. they count the 3 different coloured pixels to make the monitor sound higher spec.

this isn't a great resolution, and I can't be sure that you can strip the monitor easily.

For $100 you can get a 2nd hand projection panel that is made for your purpose and will have higher res from a vga input. I got a sharp qa-1200 thats 640x480 and tft etc for $35us. I reckon you'd be better off starting out like that as well, then later if you want a 7" screen to do a proper diy move onto a lilliput etc.

well i guess with the money I just saved you on buying a bunk screen you can get a triplet from here http://lumenlab.com/store/

what are you planning on using to use as input to your lcd?

if you are using a pc (best for image quality) there are 4 nview spectra c projection panels going on ebay with current bids of $25us but they dont have composite/svideo inputs. (but this can be gotten around with the use of a vga box, taking composite/s video inputs and converting them to vga)

Or by using a TV tuner or TV input card on your pc, if your pc is half-decent, it should be able to pull off much better quality than a VGA box (754x480 at 60fps progressive scan)
