Is this a good deal or not?
Russian version of EL84, 10 tubes for $20 (note I'm not selling these, I'm trying to figure out if I should buy them).

Yes, Gintares is very reputable... i've bought 6N1Ps & 6BM8 equivalents off him and each transaction went very smoothly. I've seen lots of other positive comments about him and never a negative. I usually look at his auctions 1st if i need some tubes.
He also usually has the EL84M equivalents -- a little more robust -- but also a little pricier.
