First Watt Auction on Ebay - Click HERE for Original Thread
SY
Nelson Pass has put one of his First Watt current cource amplifiers up for auction on Ebay. Serial number Zero, and built by Nelson himself. The proceeds will be donated to diyAudio.com. The auction can be found here.

We are overwhelmed by Nelson's support and generosity. Speaking personally, I've been reading and learning from the many diy articles he's published over the years, starting with the 40 watt class A amp in Audio Amateur. He has received much from the audio community, but he's given back much more. Nelson, a tip of the captain's hat to you! :captain:

I don't wish to diminish the value of #0, but they are all built
by me personally. #0 of 100 will be special in # only.

Still, not many limited edition pieces of art labeled 0/100 kicking around.

Only 3 days to go, get your bids in before it's too late. This item is will be a part of audio history.

2 days to go.

We have info from a reliable source that if a diyAudio.com member (who registered at least 24 hours ago) wins the auction and the winning bid exceeds USD3000, there will be something else included that will more than make up for the greater than MSRP price.
