Battery powered gainclone grounding? - Click HERE for Original Thread
abkingsbury
I'm building my first gainclone using a wooden chassis (sorry no pics yet) and 2x12v Sealed Lead Acid batteries wired in series. For power supply stability I'll be using 10uf film caps. Is it ideal to have a seperate power supply filter caps ground point and another seperate ground point for the negative binding posts and rca input ground? Should each channels ground points be done in a 'dual mono' fashion? Both channels will be run from a single 24v battery. I don't intend on connecting the ground to earth unless anyone see's good reason to.
