Does anyone know of a source for SG or SEP Sanyo Oscon at trade prices?

Farnell is too expensive!

Thanks

I don't know if you have done the comparison or not, but the Sprauge-Vishay versions of the OS-CON capacitors are quite excellent, and directly comparable to the Sanyo versions.

Newark has them.

I've been looking recentlly. I found a place called Capacitors Plus
(www.capacitorsplus.com) that seems to specialize in low ESR
electrolytics (how's that for microscopic market segmentation...).

I haven't contacted them yet so don't know how hobbyiest-
friendly they are. They are in the USA, so don't know about
foreign sales.

I can buy from Newark thru Farnell, but they charge $25 for posage.

I am told that Sprague OSCONs are made by Sanyo. For the cost, I prefer to get the SG version with OFC leads.
