Heatsink for two STK4050V in maximum power - Click HERE for Original Thread
ElectroPower
Hi!

Well, I was made a power amp with two STK4050V, it´s very good and the sound is fantastic.

This amp is, especially for domestic use but as I have very friends that gives parties, my amp is one of the parts of them.

So, it (amp) also has to work several hours in the maximum of his capacities!

Now, help me to design a good heatsink for my preety amp :)

I was thinking to put in each STK a foil of aluminum of 4 or 5 mm of thickness with 7 cm of height and 9 of length.

Then I will put the photos of the amplifier in my website.

Thanks in advance, cheers to everyone

This would be ok if the alu plates had large fins and heavy forced cooling.
