Is there an official website for the STK chips? I searched on the Sayny website, but did not find anything about those chips.

Not official, but at least there is some data:

What I was looking for was a table listing all the chips and their power outputs. But since I can't find one, can someone tell me what is the highest output chip that's good for audio?

I've looked at stk412-150, but that chip is class H, and it uses dual power supplies. I'm looking for something with a high output like that, but using a single +/- supply.

STK4048V or 4050V is probably what you want.
Both are still available at a very reasonable price.
