I need to build a SS shunt regulation for a 200v power supply..

Is there some general information on this that someone can point me too?

Hi,

What's the expected current draw from your circuit?

In the meantime, some general info on shuntregs can be had here:

At the moment it is approx 10mA... but i might increase it up to 20mA per channel.

maybe I can use a el84 for the shunt element?

With a 20mA load you sure could do that.
Any ideas how you're going to reduce ripple with that shunt?

Cheers,;)
