I've got 75 International Rectifier HFA50PA60C HexFRED ultrafast, soft-recovery diodes to sell. They're new in the manufacturer's original packaging. The packages are TO-247 and there are 2 diodes with a common cathode in each one. If you're building a bridge rectifier, you can do it with 3 of these but 4 is preferred to even out the heat dissipation.
I'm asking $2.00 each but I'm flexible, especially if you want a bunch of them. DigiKey's price is almost $6.00 each in larger quantities.
Money orders are preferred. Buyer pays shipping.

Would you manage to send 10 or 20 of them to Poland for some 5-7$? Global Priority Mail should be around it.
Would you take money cash sent in double secured envelope,register mail?

I'd prefer to avoid selling outside the US right now, since I'm not set up to receive Paypal and I really don't want to get into international funds issues. I hate to do it to such a friendly forum.
