Does anyone know of a datasheet for a SSM2134, is this an old AD opamp?.would the OPA2134 device from BB be the same in specs & pinout?

Analog Devices inherited the SSM2134 from Precision Monolithics Inc (PMI). I found the SSM2134 in PMI's 1990 databook. It's a low noise single op-amp in an 8 pin package. Pinout is similar to the OPA134 - the single variant of the BurrBrown OPA2134 (now owned by Texas Instruments).

SSM2134 has lower noise at 3.5 nV/sqrt Hz but higher distortion at 0.025% THD.

Hope this helps,

James
