does anyone know what spider thechnology is??? and what a "cap" is and what does it do?
sreten
"spider" is probably referring to the central suspension
part of a subwoofer driver.
"cap" = capacitor, what it does depends how its used.

Are you joking?
The yellow damper in the chassis is called a spider,
That part under the cone, and a cap is something you put on your head, :smash:
i guess that will only lead to more questions, Your best to look it up on google.
Bull
A spider on a speaker is the part which stops the voice coil moving sideways and acts as a dampener--like suspension on a car.

A cap if u mean capacitor for car--- the 1 Farad version let u store huge amounts of energy without making the battery go flat
The capacitor is device which stores and releases energy like a battery.
