Are you looking for used, or what? Rockler Woodworking has several different variants you can pick up. (They're over-priced if you ask me) Or, why not make one yourself? Its just a piece of hard material that screws to your router base.

I thought about making my own jig but the thought of the router bit's different diameters put me right off.
Yes a used one would be fine. Trying to save too...

i made my own, cost me like $2 for a piece of acrylic, and different sized bits are no trouble, I just measure the radius of the hole from the outside of the bit to where i make my pivot point. I'm usually within 1/32 on my first shot. Close enough for government work.

Thanks,
Do you make new pivot point each time with different hole sizes or different bits?

Yeah, I just make a new pivot hole for each size speaker hole I have to make. I generally try to use the smallest bit I have for cutting, either the 1/4 or 3/8 just to keep the sawdust down.
Usually there is not that many different sized holes you need, so you can just keep reusing the pivot holes you have made.
Also for anything under 3.5" I just use a hole saw.

I even make an addition length to make my Demel tool circle guide longer out of alumimum bar.

Is your router mounted to the table or is it hand operated?
chris ma
It is a hand held one, can't give more detail about it until I get home in 2 hours time...

This is what I use now.

I have the smaller Jasper Jig and they recommend use of the 1/4" up cutting spiral bits. That is the only bit you'll need.
