Hi guys this is the thing a got a Sayett MediaShow Projector
I got it for our church to watch christan movies and the thing is I can't get it to work with pc
I know it must need drivers but Sayett went out
but is there another driver or software i could use to reconise the projector
It uses Sayett MediaShow 2.3
all help is needed we are a small church not alot of funds and those folks
really would enjoy watching it on big screen I have looked the internet over
I told them at church those guys on DIY will know just what to do
so come on guys help me out if you can

I dont really know much about that projector but I will tell you some things to check out (troubleshoot).
I am assuming this projector has a VGA input and it does not require a special adapter. If so turn it on and see if there is a "test" screen. If so then attach the computer and setup the computer at the lowest resolution (usually 640x480 60hz with 16 color. If it works simply start bumping up the colors and resolution until you get to the highest it supports.
If you can give more information about it that would be great. Model #, what happens when you turn it on (does it come on or does it not?), What have you tried to "fix" it (so we know what to tell you to try). What inputs does the projector have? Does it have (or come with) a remote.
It could be something as simple as a dead bulb, need to switch inputs with the remote, or it could be something as complex as a dead projector :< Without more info it is almost impossible to tell.

Hi guys it does work when it come on it shows
Sayett Mediashow v2.3
on setup you can have front or rear projection
then it has erase current adjustments when you press that it says no source connented
then it's got erase all justments
then exit
the color bars are great color
now the connentions are
1 video input looks like 15 pin female
2 vga monitor =15 female
3 mac monitor =15 female
4 ega/cga monitor=9 female
I have it hooked up to the vga monitor to my pc monitor

so it sounds to be more of a connection issue instead of a projector issue.
According to the posts when I googled it this projector does 640x480 (someone jump in and correct me if I am wrong). so make sure your computer is set to 640x480 (if it is xp then you will have to (right click on desktop, settings tab, click on advance button, Adapter tab, list all modes and select 640x480 16 color there).
Other than that it could be the cable problems. To answer your first post most projectors and projector panels do not need drivers as they are seen as a monitor (and thus use the standard monitor driver).

the cord is new i just got it

on the projector. You are basically needing to tell the projector , guess what this is where the signal is coming from,
unfortunatly you may need the remote to do so (or then again you may not?) Like I said I am not that knowledgable with this particular projector.
