I released a free download tool that should help a lot of people out when it comes to figuring out the combined focal length of your fresnels, what size condenser lens to add at what distances and what size reflector should be used to complete a light engine.

I've been running many different setups through it over the past few days and so far It's been right on.

The most updated version of it should be used (so make sure you have and are using 1.4a). Version 1.5 will have more descriptions and help built in. I'm writing it up now.
