The Samsung 152T has a single 20 pole .5 pitch flex cable that can easily be extended. I actually sell kits for extensions needed at .5 pitch with anything up to 20 poles.
You can get a full listings of what panels can be used at: http://www.diybuildergroup.com/showthread.php?t=16
The Samsung 151S, 150MP & LTM1555x are free of Flex Cable issues.

| Yeah it's not completely free of FFC issues, but at new/used for 389, that's more than I payed for mine new last year... and I was paying CAD, not USD. |

Well, that was just an example with specs... I figured it was better to post that instead of an ebay link (its a bit cheaper there)
Mr KH- How much did you get yours for and where did you purchase it? Also, are you happy with the quality? is it hard for a semi-newb to take apart (with the extension kit?) |

I bought mine just at a local computer shop, www.anitec.ca to be specific, but I don't think Samsung is selling them anymore.
I like the quality - it's pretty spiff. The colors are great and the DVi is convenient. I don't have much to compare as far as projection panels go though.
Disassembly was fairly basic, you'll need a small screwdriver and a bit of patience and it's not that bad. If you dunno which end of a screwdriver you hold though, this aint for you ;) - basically I thought it was pretty straightforward. |
