| Hey I just received my Dunake 4003 today and I go to turn it on and all i get is a really dull not bright light on my wall. When I look in through the side the light looks very brite but its not projecting very bright. What could this be from? |

Im no expert, but my ohp arrived like that and I had to replace the bulb. Then it was fine really bright.
I used the same. Now it has a metal halide 400w. |

| I just opened it up and its really weird and hard to describe what is wrong. The mirror is held on by this big metal contraption but the metal contraption is in the way of the bulb completely blocking it? Dukane users might understand what im talking about. I looked all around it and i dont see how i can lower it? Any help if you can make sence of this? |
