Hi Folks I have a Yamaha Natural Sound Mx 1000u power amplifier and a friend of mine snapped off the right output control knob!Calls all over Las Vegas,USA resulted in no one having parts for this 15 year old amplifier.Yamaha only has parts that go back 12 years.I replaced the pot with a pot from a Yamaha M-40 and it is a 40kb.The real one is a 60kb.My output on the right channel is alot less then the left so I have to find an original.Stock number on this pot is 925F 60kb and the manufacturer looks like ALPS?Would any of you know of a parts supplier that would have these?Let me know,I am anxious to get this running correctly again. Thanks Jake

I'd replace them both with new 50K Alps Audio taper pots.

Hi Sreten,I called the Yamaha headqurters and they at first told me they could not help me.Then they transferred me to a tech who told me to give him the circuit board number and Viola! He had a new pair of them at the bottom of his junk drawer! He is going to send these to me and I am going to send him 10.00 on the side. Thanks for your help. Those Alps probably would work just fine(if not better) if I hadn't found these. Jake
