Sanken SAP16 transistors? - Click HERE for Original Thread
bbakota2000
Hi guys,
I'm becoming desperate searching for a company that can sell me these transistors. They are Sanken SAP 16 p-chanel and n-chanel types. Correct model numbers are Sap16 po 1316 and Sap16 no 1312. Please help me with finding these!
Thanks!

OK thanks for the link. I have one more problem. Thea offer only SAP16P and SAP16N, but on my transistors there is some other markings. Can somebody tell me what do they mean. I know about P and N, but what is the O and what are the numbers 1312 and 1316. Do I have to buy the same ones or not?
Thanks!!

The 'O' is for Oh my God what happened?!

No, really it is a version number.

In old application notes they advise SAP15P/N transistors; power&current are the same.

Sorry to resurect a long dead thread, but does anyone know a US distubutor for the Sanken SAP16? Preferably one that will sell in small quantities.

I don't know the answer to your question, I just want to tell you I have 3 pieces of each P and N. I had to buy 5 pieces each (MOQ) so these are leftovers. If you want them, contact me at bbakota2000@yahoo.com
