Hello;
I`d just like to ask if there is anybody having experience with matching/selecting IGBT devices? I have a Threshold T-800D for service and unfortunately a few IGBT output devices GT20D201 are faulty.
I did MOSFET matching in the past already when servicing other amps. Is there anything different when matching IGBT devices?
