My kicker ZR1000 have 8 power mosfet burned, the numbers on the top of each one is as follow:

H101
75343G
C6N
Qty:4

H105
75343G
A9B
Qty:4

I canīt find any part # matching the initial H101 or H105, so if you can tell me a equivalent power mosfet that meet the requirements above, i will be very apreciated...

Thanks in advance...

go to the Fairchild Semiconductor website. part number: HUFA75343G3 is a N-channel Power MOSFET.

Use a magnifying glass and see if you can make out the manufacture logo.

Go to www.elnec.com/iclogos.php to find the company whose logo is on the chips. Once at the site, you should be able to locate your mosfets.

I suspect 4 are P-channel, and 4 are N-channel enhancement type power mosfets.

Hope this helps.
Jim
