Hi There,
Did you get what you were looking for? I have an alpha 7 with the board in bad health. I would like the circuit diagram too. I was wondering if you have one with the same ailment?
Mine has a couple of burned resistors, LK14 and 66. I can't tell the values as they are too burned.
Please let me know.

Hi There,
Yes I did get the Service Manual, but its the Original Alpha, however I'm certain if you ask Arcam nicely the will provide a manual for the 7, if anyone wants the Orig Alpha Manual I will e-mail it on request.
