I am thinking of using this product

on the wall in my daughters bedroom. The It is described as iron particles in suspension. Will it block fm reception? |

| Maybe, hadn't thought of that. I'm just worried about causing problems with FM reception on her boom box. It just occured to me that cordless phones might be a problem. This stuff sounds like the paint they use on the stealth bomber. |

I imagine a thin wire run from the antenna of the cordless phone base to the outside of the room would solve the cordless phone problem, if one exists. Same thing for boombox. Cell phones used in the room might be different.
I would call them and ask them, and ask for the name of the person giving the advice in case they say yes and it turns out that it does block them.
Now you have me wondering about using the stuff to paint a Mylar membrane to be put between two iron plates full of holes in order to make a magnetic version of an electrostatic speaker. :idea: |
