Who knows this TO3? - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hi,

I have a bunch of unknown power transistors. So far, have been unable to identify them. I THINK the top # is type#, next is mil part number, bottom one is production date stamp. These are spares for mil systems, could be old, maybe not. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Ultima Thule
Firts two rows, I don't know,
the last one, I guess year 2000 week 42.

Since it's in a TO3 can with such a late manufacturing date it must(?) be some replacement/custom specific transistor(?) for some old equipment when TO3 were common, eg. in the eighties..or so!?? :)

BTW,
Are you sure it's a transistor, are the pins marked with E B for BJT or G S for FET etc?
