Sorry, but it sounds a bit like asking where to buy bread. These
types are so standard and common that there should hardly be
any problem to buy them almost anywhere. Although orignially
european types, they are manufactured also by US companies
like ON, so I doubt they should be difficult to get in the US either.
Some of the BC 54x/55x models seem to be manufactured under
different names by ON, like ON597 = BC557A. However, searching
the ON web site they obviously make the C version of both types
you asked for under their standard names.
Edit: Correction, this info on ON597 = BC557A was taken from
the catalogue of a supplier. However, that seem to be an error,
since searching for ON597 at ONs site came up with nothing. |
