Do I need to do any modifications to run the Valve Buffer at +/-50V rails, as I have a nice old EI transformer with heater coil output which I can use.
Also what is the feeling about running the heater power supply with just a CRC filter.

I don't know if you need to tweak values, but it should work better with the extra V.
