i need 150w chip amplifier circuit for my 4ohm speaker.I fougth of using bridge but i have 4ohm speaker.So if somebody has one or please post a link.

Do a search. I doubt you're the first one asking for medium powered chip amp.

There are several active threads on paralleling chip amps. Check
those. Also have a look at Nationals app not on this, AN-1192
(if I remember correctly).
