Tri amping SOZ.

10W a piece.

Anybody have a hint about a good choice for the mosfets?

I know that the lowest amp have to have a pair of something like irfp250.

The middle i guess should be a pair of irfp240.

What about the highest?

Are there more mosfets manufacturers than IR? ;)

I'm right now trying one, the pitty is that is TO220, :bawling:

It sure stinks that its a TO-220, but then again, for a 10W SOZ it should cause no problems......besides the allergic reaction to TO-220 devices in general :(

Raka....how do you feel about the IRFP 230 after testing ??

Actually is a Motorola MTP33N10 what I'm working with right now. Can't comment about it because is not already alive.
Why don't you try a single one, and change the different mosfets you can get?
BTW, for a 10W soz, I would prefer some TO247, but havent tried yet.
