LENS $15.00 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...gory=48608&rd=1 7" TFT-LCD PORTABLE HEADREST MONITOR WITH VGA / PC CONNECTION $199.00 http://www.diylabs.org/projector/info_diyscreen.htm DIY Video Screen Material $17.95 already have or can get these locally box parts, fans, mirrors, light box parts, fresnel looks like it will be around $400 all said and done. going for the small enclosed look, ala ace3000, live with my girl..so the big ohp of doom idea is a no go. any input on my parts? am i missing anything? any input is greatly appreciated, and as stuff gets put together i'll update with pics of my progress. from all that i've read here, i think this is going to be a blast to make. cheers ace3000_1 Heya buddy, what parts have u already got and havnt got? cos the projection lens is the wrong one and wont work, also that lcd cant be used for projection cos its a panasonic lcd and has ribbon cables that are in the way, also the 400w mh is far too big for such a small screen, a 250w hqi should be used at the most cos of heat and guiding the light through the lcd, hope it helped buddy.
