It's called Musen To Jiken ( MJ ) magazine. You can subscribe but IIRC it's fairly expensive and till now in japanese only. The Kusonoki DAC was published in this magazine.

As an ex-subscriber (89-92) i can tell you the price of subscription wasn't cheap, I was paying about Aust$200 per year, but most of the cost is postage from Japan
