Thanks for the confirmation e-mail. What a nice way to welcome newbies!

What am I doing here? Well, I hope to learn a lot. A ask stupid questions, using a language that's not mine. I am neither a technician nor a nerd I hope) but I like to tweak some of my gear. That is to say, only when it is old (Marantz CD-74, Philips CDD-882) or home build by a friend of mine (MP-DAC, aka A&T DAC).
I certainy won't touch my amplifiers nor my speakers (Kharma Ceramque 1.1), although once I did a complete rebuild of my AR-3a and AR-10pi...
Merry Xmas to everyone:wave2:

Hi Rodd,

Thanks! Maybe you're right, it is very tempting sometimes to peek inside. I must confess I already touched the outsde by removing the metal grilles of the Thiel units. But only after thorough conversation with the designer, Charles van Oostrom. I have a great respect for him, his skills and his golden ears, and choose his design after careful assessments and tired of the never ending quest with my AR's, with no regrets what so ever!
