Turntable Power Supply - Click HERE for Original Thread

hi all, just wondering if any can help....

as a uni project im designing and building a power supply for a turntable from scratch.....

this is to be powered from mains 240v ...and most likely have an output in the range from 12 - 18 volts DC...

if any one can help me out with any schematics or advice about it, would be much appreciated!

also i will need a feedback circuit so the motor maintains a constant speed, if any one can help with that?

Many Thanks in advance!
Raka
There is an application note in AD (I could be wrong, maybe TI), about this matter, with a complete scheme. Very simple.

I mean it: research is part of the fun! You will also remember more of what you find if you do it yourself.

On the other hand, if you want to have more info about something you found, no problem.

For the feedback, there have been links to some designs in the (long) thread where we ventured to make a "diyaudio design". The whole thread might interest you in fact....
