Source for 4-gang pots - Click HERE for Original Thread

Does anybody have a source for 4-gang pots of reasonable quality (less than USD 30 per pot or so)? Both Log and Lin would be OK. I have looked around in the places I was sure they had them but nobody seems to stock them anymore..

Any hints appreciated.

What value?
UrSv
50 or 100 K would be fine.
Peter Daniel
How about those http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/show...3279&highlight=
I'm sure we could figure out a better price.

I also have some of those small, black Alps in 4 deck configuration. They are 100k and I could measure them so they could match better.

How many are you looking for?
UrSv
Thanks Peter but not really what I had in mind. It goes into my subwoofer filter.
Peter Daniel
Those are 100k Alps. I tried 2 deck version in my GC and they sound very good, smooth and not etched. Some might even prefer them to Nobles, which are more detailed, but a bit brighter. I think it's still a current production and somebody posted a similar pot (but 2 decks) available from a regular European part dealer (Farnell or whatever the other source is)
UrSv
Thanks Peter, I checked Farnell among others but I'll continue searching. Those look like RK18 if I'm not mistaking.
Peter Daniel
Yes, it is. I just noticed it was you who posted the link here http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/show...3788#post273788

I'm also looking for a 4-gang pot to use in an active 4th order lowpass filter. Seems Elfa don't sell Alps RK18 4-gang, or any other 4-gang.

Hope someone can help.

I'm over in Kingston. I need a few at least, for a channel/level matching part of a experiment I am about to embark on, involving some Rane and Behringer Digital crossover evaluations.

100k should be fine, as I only use shunt volumes these days....

any available?

Hi Guys!

Seal Electronics has the 4-gang pots you are looking for. 10K,50K and 100K are available. Give Randy a call or email him.

Hope this helps.
