These are 83 boards

Please put in some feedback if this is OK, I also started this line in

Hoi,

(sinds dit forum hoofdzakelijk in het engels is tik ik toch liever ook engels)

Hi,

I don't mind if you would take care for the ordering boards in the Netherlands.
Seems like it is this thread
Could you give any details about payment?

Regards,
Remco Blankesteijn.

Edit: Sorry didn't see your links:xeye:
Netlist
I feel pretty lonely for now but someone has to pull the Belgian wagon. :clown:

Count me in, tell me how to pay you and what the costs are.
I you could then send me the PCB's I would be very happy. ;)

How many boards does one need for a stereo amplifier?
Is there somewhere a full circuit description?

I live in germany could I also order a few boards and how much do they cost?
rwagter
Prometheus,

Read the wiki, there is plenty of info and when you have a day or 2 of read the aleph-x (with about 1.10^6 replies) thread.
One needs 2 boards for stereo. There is a german "foreman" now:

http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/show...&threadid=23937

For payment:

Hifizen (chad) first wants "dealers" of each country before he contact does willing. So this will follow

Ralph

thanks for the link. I already posted there to get in contact with cocolino. He will make the distribution in Germany.

Hi Ralph,

Do we also need to sign up on a dutch "wiki" page ?
Or is the registration on the DIYWIKI enough ?

Anyway i'd like a minimum of four boards.

Nick

What do you mean by "a minimum of 4 boards"?
I think you should add boards to the original wiki since HIFIZEN will calculate the complete amount off PCB he will have to order there.

Ralph
rwagter
Here is what I propose:

the boards will be sended by Hifizen insured by either USPS or better UPS to the Netherlands. This will cost slightly more but we'll have the advantedge of being Insured and have tracking.

Before sending me an money I would like:
- you're name (no-nickname)
- you're emailadress (as a reference)
- total amount of boards (signed up in the wiki)
- shipping method in the Netherlands (aangetekend oid)
- adress

I will then send you as soon as have an insight in the costs an email with banking details etc.

You can email me by the email button or directly at:
voornaam.achternaam(at)planet.nl

Can I join netlist in the belgian camp. I'm in the wiki for 2 boards

geitmans

hoipiepeloi,

count me in. So What's the acual plan?
We pay Ralph, he pays Hifizen, he receives the boards & redistributes them in the NL.

sounds good.

take into account that when you ship these large quantities of pcb's you'll have to pay import taxes. Marking them samples might not even work.
Eul
Hi

I’m in for five PCB’s, as already marked on the WIKI page. Sounds like a good idea one person distributing the boards in the Netherlands. Having the package insured isn’t a bad idea either. But we have to find a way to avoid those bloody taxes  :xfingers:. Maybe it wouldn’t be a bad idea to calculate what the pries will be if we can’t avoid the taxes, that will avoid people being totally surprised of the increase of cost if it happens?

I’ll contact you by email.
Electro-Nick
If the PCB's are described as computer or electronic parts, we only pay 19% VAT :bawling:

So there will be no extra charge for 'm at customs.
(at least thats what i've read on the dutch customs site

Gr
Nick
Edwin Dorre
be prepared for added costs by UPS or Fedex. With a shipping they guessed the shipping costs in the netherlands (customs) which they thought to be 150 euro (it was FREE shipping for me) and they added this to the 300 euro cost of the object. Then they added 19%, 4% something and fedex added 10 euro because they paid the customs in advance for you... some kind of expensive rent!

I had the same with us postal service (i think it was). Bought some US cables for $180 (incl transport) (about 150 euro).

I was delivered at my home with no extra payments. However a month later a bill for 40 euro dropped in the mailbox. I ended up paying much more than the normal taxes.
Duck-Twacy
btw Ralph I added 4 pcbs to the wiki.

will send mail tomorrow (although you already know the address).
rwagter

It's getting close.

Today chad mailed me with prices for P&P. I took the liberty to decide that the shipping methode will be Airmail + Insurance. First I had the idea of UPS but that costed + $120 excl tax.

The total amount of boards will be 95:

Blank527, NL(Netherlands), qty:4
Wes Marquenie, NL, qty:12
Edwin Dorre, NL, qty:4
Electro-Nick, The Netherlands, qty:4
Netlist, Belgium, qty: 6
Nilson, Netherlands, qty: 10
byteboy, The Netherlands, qty: 21
matjans, Netherlands, qty: 4
Lucas_G, Netherlands, qty: 4
rwagter, Netherlands, Qty: 5
Eul, Netherlands, Qty: 5
Wijgers, Netherlands, Qty: 4
Indoubt, Netherlands, Qty: 4
geitmans, Belgium, qty: 2
Duck-tewacy, Netherlands, qty: 4

Everybody has confirmed. I will each sent you a mail with payment instructions this weekend (latest on monday). The amount will be calculated with a little margin for taxes. For those of you who did not specify a shiping methode to your homes I will calculate standard PTT tarives with "pakketzegels".

Upon recieving my payment instructions please pay swiftly since I want to pay Chad ASAP (best before 1st jan).

Menno Keizer
hallo Ralph,

I have just added 6 boards to the wiki site.
so it`s a bit late but perhaps jou could check me in for 6!
let me know if its ok.

Groet Menno.
rwagter
I'm sorry but I already made the payment...
km
hi.

just wanted to add we have lots of heatsinks , fets (irfp 240 and 9240) and some transformers suitable for aleph-x.

let me hear if you are interested , we think a group buy is better here.

karsten madsen - cadaudio.dk
rwagter
I hope the prices for the IRFP240 are for extremely well matched pairs. Because digikey has them for €14.38 per 10 even with shipping costs it would be less then €3.68

For matching a couple of pairs we'd probably need 100pcs, that would cost €118 at digikey..... and they ship them from the same dye and IRFP044 is even cheaper

Ralph
km
hi.

yes we matched them all as we had quite a lot to begin with.

we can sell almost any qty in matched groups.

the fets are irf parts and the toshiba transistors are toshiba.

prices as you can see is for 1 pcs , qty discount can be discussed as we are interested in some kind of group order , for semiconductors as well as heatsinks and amplifier cases.

rgds karsten madsen - www.cadaudio.dk
rwagter
How much mV are they matched and can I get quadrupels?
rwagter
Ze komen !!!!

their somewhere between seattle and gouda, hopefully customs won't hold up thing so I can be shipping them to you soon...
roddyama
To those getting their new AX boards.

If you're a Cardas fan, the 2nd annual Cardas bulk purchase is just starting to pick up steam. If you're interested see this thread in the trading Post Forum and the WIKI Page for details.

I have already sent 100 price lists out.

Hi Ralph,

Sorry to spam you like this. I'm sure you'll understand.
rwagter
Ze zijn er !!!!,
