Anyone who knows the pin configuration for the Sanyo 2SD438 and 2SB560 btj transistors??

Sanyo who makes them doesn´t have any specs for these transistors?????

Thanks in advance

I have some limited data on them.

Thanks Jocko!
Is that seen from the front???
Jocko Homo
Yes.

Almost all small signal types from J. A. Pan, Inc. are that configuration.

Any other questions?

What is your application?

I have had them laying around for some time, and now I can use them as drivers in a small Onix amplifier...

Probably will owrk fine, if you have them. I usually use 2SA1145 & 2SC2702 there, but only because I have lots to use. I like the Snayo parts in PSU application. Big packeage to help get rid of all the heat in my designs.

yes...
I'm replacing some ZTX653/753 which is the original in the Onix

Don't have a Zetex catalog handy, but.....they make some good transistors. The ones you refer to may have limited dissapation, though.......

Overall specifications are the same, however the 2xx have a larger casing ;)
