Hi,
I want to build a Parafeed Line Stage (Published in Feb & March 2003 of AudioXpress)
It looks great but I cannot source the Supertex DN2540N5 Depletion Mode Vertical DMOS FET. It is used as a CCS. The specs are:
BVDSX / BVDGX = 400V
RDSon (min) = 25Ohms
IDSS (min) = 150mA
Package is TO220. Here is a link to the
datasheet.
I'd like something mainstream that I can simulate if possible! Thanks,
