I've been reading 2 papers over and over again for these past weeks. They are "Mosfets" by Nelson Pass and "Jfets" by Erno Borbely. These papers have truly highly valued contents. I think no one could design a good audio amplifier without passing the stage of knowing what is inside such as those papers. Thank you Mr.Pass and Mr.Borbely.
Now I'm looking for similiar paper, but on Audio Bipolars (and Audio Tubes). Where can I download them?

I'm looking for more like distortion curves, like distortion vs amplitude, distortion vs current, etc. To find out wheter bipolars are good if they are hot or cold in use. Mosfets likes it hot, I dont know about bipolars.
