Schematic for KIA6220H? - Click HERE for Original Thread
Jay
I want to build a chip amp to be used in office. I bought a DENON mini hifi and wanted to change the amp (with an STK4015E?). I couldn't find LM3875 so I want another state of the art chip amp.

I own a working STK4145II, but I couldn't find information about it on the net to "assess" it's quality (of course it is a lot better than the STK4015). Any review or comment on this chip?

I also own a pair of KIA6220H amplifiers, which I believe is better than the STK. The problem is I don't have the schematic :(. Anyone have experience with this chip (AFAIK, it is found in Nakamichi products)?

Thanks

Hi Netlist, thanks!

How could I missed that one! :clown:

I though KIA6220H was a mono amplifier, so with the price I was sure it was better than STK4145II. I was wrong, so now I got a problem to make a quality comparison between the two before choosing the best one! :(

And I don't understand the facets of car amps' performance. They are just different with common audio stuffs (Big THD, high current, etc.). I guest the STK is better because at least it goes beyond 50KHz! (But I was told the KIA is better :cannotbe: )

Better?
You won't know before your ears told you. :devilr:
