Scranbled LCD Panel, HELP!! - Click HERE for Original Thread

I've just got a new panel from eBay, (It's a 3M 5450.) The problem is when I plug in my Laptop the screen display is divided in two halves with the bottom half showing above the top half. Also about an inch of the bottom is nothing, when I go into the setup menu only the top line of the menu is showing so I cant get to manually alter any settings, phew!

ANY ideas, anyone, I'm new to projection.

Be sure the video resolution is set for 640x480 and with a 60Hz refresh rate. the rate will change back to "optimal" when the size or video depth setting is changed, so change refresh rate last. this is assuming youre using win98/ME OS. If that doesnt work, you may have a bad panel. hope this helps.
