Has anyone had any experience with these? I am looking to buy them but do not want to waste my hard earned cash on something that isnt gonna last me for at least 5 years.

any thoughts on these systems would be greatly appreciated, maybe suggestions on other possible systems for under $1400 AUD

I haven't heard those particular monoblocks you mentioned, however I have heard the MA500 and MA700's which came before the newseries.
They were OK, and had heaps of power, but were a little IMO, brash at times.
The stuff from ME sound was significantly better. You could get a second hand ME 550 II for your budget, which IMO would be significantly better than the Marantz's. |
