You don't have to reform them if you normally have DC on them. They get better in minutes when you have applied DC and you don't have to use the rated max voltage.
But it could be a good idea to test old caps first. Check their capacitance and leakage. If they show any sign to be "not good" don't use them or avoid using them. |
