Been lurking for a few weeks, this is my first post...
There's a couple comments already in the archives about the Infocus tvt-3000 projection panel, but really not a whole lot. Just wondering if some people that have one of these can elaborate a bit more on its quality, etc. Known specs (contrast ratio, etc.). I do know that it's 640x480 native.
I grabbed one on ebay for 120 shipped with a free dukane 3000 lumens ohp that I'll use as a spare. Reading from the brief comments, it seems like this is a very decent panel. Comments? Thanks a lot. |

i have a tvt 3000 , as has hoontang
I like it , its quite good , i think it is better then the nview viewframe spectra c , response times are fast, i don't know exactly, but i think it is 30 ms (or maybe faster), i havent seen any ghosting whatsoever in movies.
Colors are very good ( i read that the panel has 10 million colors) the lcd inside is a hitachi, i have the type number, but i cant find out anything about it.
The plastic casing itself is ugly is my opinion. (but not important).
Only real disadvantage is that it only has vga in.
