noisy smps on amp

I have one board which supplies the correct hi v output but has placed
switching noise all over the rest of the pcb- gotten past the low voltage regs, inputs etc.
ideas on where to start looking?
(anything could be wrong these are production pulls)

Possibly something up with the switching freq or the duty cycle. I forget the term, but if the switching frequency isn't high enough, then there is noise injected into the signal. Other than that, could be a million things with the SMPS. Make sure all the components are working first, then we can go from there.
