i have in my amp a 2sc2690A - driver
he was damaged.... can i change it to MJE340 ??? or MJE15030??
because only this they have in the electronic store...

You could try the MJE15030 but:
2SC2690A = Emitter/Collector/Base (Pin1/2/3)
MJE15030 = Base/Collector/Emitter (Pin1/2/3)
And they have another case-style
