| I need to feed a subwoofer crossover and a subwoofer amplifier from my 4 channel computer sound card. I was wondering if this would work? |

Not really. You'll be mixing the four channels not only to the crossover inputs, but to the regular amplifier inputs to. You need to connect, say, 10k resistors in series with the capacitors, and then connect theses to a virtual ground input. Look up "inverting summing amplifier" in a OP-amp cook book.
