SEPP design any exposure? - Click HERE for Original Thread
Glass_painter
Hello again everyone,

I was considering lately to build a single ended push pull design but decided to consult the people here first if any one had experiance with this design and is it any better then the regular push pull design?

An example for a design of this kind will be posted shortly.

Thanks.

Do you mean as a gainstage/driver, or an output stage?
The former I have some experience with, and it's not my fave, not bad, but not great. However, it's only my opinion, and others will no doubt disagree.
An outstanding article on SRPP/SEPP can be found here,

Using it as an output stage is something that I haven't tried, but may someday. Robert Morin has a design he might be able to send (and if not I can). I think 316a also has some experience with this topology in an output too.

Looking forward to seeing your design.

Cheers
