Anyone know if i can run this on a standard M59 ballast....or do i need one with a special ignitor....or can an ignitor be added.

nope, cant use HQi with m59 :(
m80 ballast are only for 250 HWI, m81 for 150w HQI
i 4got what the 400w HQI was but if your really interested i could search for some ballast4 ya :) http://www.ereeftank.com/pfoballasts.html |

can you look for one for me....this seller thought these were going to work on an m59 ballast...1 of the 2 did for one time...but the second time i tried none of them work
